Part Time:
Flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm.

• Ensure accurate indexing of documents to be scanned
• Ensure accurate and timely imaging of loan documents according to Banc First procedures
• Ensure proper retention and purging of paid loan documents
• Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

• Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook desired with the ability to learn a variety of other software programs
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented
• Must work well under stress to meet deadlines
• Highly developed organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
  
  Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
• Perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters
• Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

• Optical scanner experience

• Constant use of computer screens
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
• Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
