Finance Associate-Cash Management

Our client is seeking a Finance Associate-Cash Management to join their team. As a Finance Associate-Cash Management, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Treasury team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Finance Associate-Cash Management

Location: Chester, NY 10918

Pay Range: $21.5

• Support daily treasury operations, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Perform data entry and support core treasury functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconcile and journalize all cash collections on the general ledger.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with monthly corporate disbursement bank reconciliations and payment exception research.

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, banking, finance, or bookkeeping is preferred.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
