Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting strategic decision-making and financial planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?- Compile and analyze financial information to support organizational objectives
- Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
- Create and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy
- Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management
- Perform financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts to maintain financial integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
