International Bancshares Corp (IBC Bank) seeks a Teller Auditor to help mitigate losses through cash audits, monitoring, and teller support.

The Teller Auditor ensures effective cash handling via quarterly audits, cash limit monitoring, and reconciliation oversight. They also support tellers with transaction overrides, Reg CC holds, and training.

• Conduct assigned quarterly cash audits
• Research teller-related issues and cash box/vault outages
• Monitor cash limits and ensure timely weekly cash orders
• Monitor teller reconciliation and report outages
• Formulate reports reviewing overall teller operations
• Facilitate transaction overrides and customer portfolio approvals
• Provide branch staff with immediate audit feedback
• Provide branch manager with branch assessment feedback for coaching
• Travel and assist other branches as needed
• Perform teller functions when required
• Initiate teller set-ups to enable teller duties
• Participate in meetings as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
