Responsibilities of Stylist

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience
• Perform professional application of services at the expected "Gold Standard" level
• Conduct thorough consultation and document notes on client charts for reference and tracking
• Educate guests on proper care and expectations of services and recommend exclusive after‑care products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and proper sanitization of implements
• Help with general cleanliness of salon, including keeping common areas picked up and organized and taking out trash
• Assist with promotion at supplementary events and perform, when asked, services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand
• All other duties as prescribed

Must Have Valid State License

Cosmetology, Esthetics, Full Specialist or equivalent state license.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in lashing (preferred). Will be required to perform a practical test.
• Professional and polished appearance and adherence to uniform policy
• Friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve skills
• Takes initiative on additional tasks and willingly assists team members
• Forms strong working relationships within the team
• Effective communication with guests, coworkers, and management
• Ongoing learner; exhibits curiosity and an interest in self‑improvement
• Reliable transportation
