Headquartered in Paterson, NJ, Straight and Narrow is the largest program of its kind. We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring, and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.
Position:
Clinical Supervisor (Women's Treatment)
Hours: Monday
- Friday and one late night (flexibility needed)
Location: Secaucus, New Jersey
Salary: $29.00-$32.00/hr
Sign-on Bonus: $5000 (Full Time Only, New Employees Only)
Job Summary: A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of counselors reporting to them, ensuring clients on their caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They also ensure supervises meet all personnel requirements and perform other supervisory responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, Human Services, or Psychology with LCADC and a CCS OR LPC/LCSW and the Clinical Supervisor Certification respectively.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in addictions treatment required.
