Job Overview

Join CREOKS Health Services as a Counselor/Therapist and help deliver quality mental health care across our community, home‑based, and office settings. The position offers a supportive, collaborative environment and the opportunity to grow professionally.

• Provide therapy services in community settings, home‑based and some office‑based services.
• Conduct clinical services related to intake, screening, referral and psychotherapy for children and adults in the home, school and clinic settings.
• Offer group, individual and family counseling activities as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Deliver community consultation and community education services.
• Represent CREOKS to school systems and the community in a professional manner.
• Provide assessments as requested and qualified by the Supervisor.
• Maintain the clinical records system in accordance with ODMHSAS, OHCA, and CREOKS policies and procedures.
• Participate in Treatment Team Meetings.
• Attend and regularly present cases in the case conference.
• Keep current with all agency policies and procedures.
• Schedule will be managed by the Supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field.
• Possess a valid Oklahoma license or be license‑eligible to practice psychotherapy.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of developmental stages.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of treatment modalities, including individual, group, family and applicable clinical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Core competencies in relation to individuals with co‑occurring disorders.
• Conceptual awareness of how and where community mental health services interface with allied human services organizational activities.
• Skilled understanding of psychological testing techniques.
• ASI; ASAM; SASSI certification (preferred).
