Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) –

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active or eligible Oklahoma SLPA license
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)

• Starting at $40+ per hour, based on experience and assignment

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school-based setting in Blanchard, Oklahoma
. This role focuses on helping students build communication skills that support academic and social success.

• Implement speech and language therapy services following IEP goals
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• Collect data and assist with progress monitoring
• Collaborate with the supervising SLP, teachers, and school staff
• Prepare therapy materials and activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
