Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their team. As a Safety Coordinator, you will be part of the Operation steam supporting various operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Safety Coordinator
THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE, 6 days a week, 12 hr shifts (Mon‑Sat 6 pm‑6 am) plus Sunday as needed. 60 hrs/week with possible 60+ hrs/week.
Position Summary:The Safety Coordinator ensures workplace safety by developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting training, and monitoring compliance.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety training and drills.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct training and presentations.
