Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and insurance industry, is seeking a Producer Contracting Specialist to join their team. As a Producer Contracting Specialist, you will be part of the Contracting Department supporting the Producer Credentialing and Contracting teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Review new broker portal appointment applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Prepare, distribute, and review administrative processing documents and related reports for producers.
  • Maintain and update producer appointments, background checks, and demographic information on various portals and software.
  • Coordinate credentialing, re‑credentialing, and renewal processes for licensed agents and internal departments.
  • Create and manage agent fee agreements, consultant agreements, and other producer‑related contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in administrative support or contracting roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, Windows, and MS Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
