As a nursing aide, you provide services ordered by the physician and aligned with the patient’s plan of care. Responsibilities include hands-on personal care (bathing, oral care, hair care, shaving, nail care, dressing), simple nursing or therapy procedures, assistance with ambulation or exercises, and helping with medication administration. You may help with cooking and feeding as needed. You take vital signs, notify the nurse of changes, assist with transfers and rehab services after therapy, and provide instructions to patients.

You practice infection control and follow universal precautions. You report abuse as required by policy and law. When needed, you may assist with office tasks, setting up telemonitoring equipment, and orienting new hires. If you enjoy helping others, you are a strong fit for this role.

• Active HHA certification in good standing with the Oklahoma State Department of Health
• CPR certification or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
