salary range: $13.51- $18.87
all full time positions: in addition to your pay, your salary also includes medical, dental and vision insurance. The biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for employee only, $95.00 employee plus children, $120.00 employee plus spouse, and $140.00 employee plus family.

cpn health services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to indian children and will require a criminal history background screening.
job summaryresponsible for registering patients for clinic appointments. Assists patients with intake forms and initial development of their medical records. Provide clerical and administrative support for the coordinator and the department staff.
essential functions- updates each patient's information in the computer for all appointments.
- directs patients to the appropriate department.
- responsible for sending appropriate patients to our benefits specialist.
- answers multi-line telephone system. Directs calls to the appropriate person or department. Takes message when the person is not available.
- responsible for scheduling of new patients.
- responsible for maintaining and tracking of the providers’ schedule changes in reference to patient appointments.
- responsible for making appointments for the clinic and checking all patients in and out timely, printing the patient wellness handouts for each patient, and current medication lists.
- responsible for making reminder calls to patients day before scheduled appointment.
- reviews all follow up appointments to insure that patients completed their labs or other procedures prior to the appointment time.
- perform other duties and projects as required by management.
- the ability to communicate well with patients, providers, and other staff.
- the ability to maintain computer data.
- must be self-motivated.
- the ability to handle multi-tasks.
- good organization and analytical skills are needed.
- good judgment is needed.
- high school diploma or equivalent.
- clerical experience.
- experience in medical office preferred.
- medical terminology preferred
- the ability to be seated or standing for prolonged periods of time.
- repetitive work at a computer.
- some lifting, bending, stretching, and kneeling may be required.
- the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- compliance with all immunization requirements to work in a healthcare setting.
- health facility office environment.
