Clinical Therapist (Full-Time, Exempt)

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay: $40hr w/full license |
Schedule: 30+ billable hours/week

Location: Antlers, OK or Poteau, OK or Durant, OK or Hugo, OK or Idabel, OK

We’re hiring a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy in a supportive medical setting. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Sociology, or related field
• Licensed or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma (LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, LADC)
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, internet-based systems)
