Mercy - 407 North Clarence Nash Boulevard [Medical Office Assistant / Scheduler] As a Patient Service Representative at Mercy, you'll:
Greet, instruct, direct and schedule patients and visitors;
Perform a variety of clerical duties for physicians and clinic staff;
Retrieve insurance and patient information, provide forms for tests or interoffice communications and secure signatures as needed;
Enter new and established patient information into the computer;
Answer incoming calls, set appointments for patients, dispatch messages and/or call for all employees.
