Job Description
- Companionship and social engagement
- Assist with Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
- Provide personal care such as bathing, etc as needed
- Establish communication and build rapport in a professional manner with co-workers, clients and family members
- Provide consistency by being punctual
- Paid Orientation and Training
- Quarterly incentives for the first year
- Errand mileage Reimbursement
- Matching of employees to clients
