Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
Certifications / Licensure- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
