F&B Manager

OBJECTIVE

Managing the day-to-day operations within Food Beverage Service Department by developing menus, purchasing supplies, training and supervising staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and strive to continuously improve the overall dining experience for guests to ensure all guests receive outstanding customer service.

• Previous experience of leading large teams in large scale food and beverage operations.
• Previous experience with Realta or other POS platforms.

• Previous experience working with Luxury Resort or high street brand.
