Salary: $18 - $20 per hour DOE

• Deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile from check‑in to check‑out.
• Take ownership of the front desk operations, motivate the team, and ensure each staff member is in the right place at the right time.
• Monitor room reservations, departmental budgets, and assist in preparing financial reports to meet revenue goals.
• Provide continuous training, coaching, and feedback to help the front desk team grow and excel.
• Ensure smooth operations by implementing corporate marketing initiatives, investigating guest complaints, and maintaining safety standards.
• Practice and promote Win Star’s culture and values, ensuring high standards are met and having a positive impact on team and guests.

• Previous hospitality experience with a strong understanding of front office operations, customer service, and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear direction and exceptional service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Solid understanding of hotel systems and financial management.
• Natural ability to work well with others, inspire your team, and foster a positive work environment.

• Move swiftly and safely in a dynamic environment.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Work comfortably in varying temperatures and high‑energy settings.
