We're looking for an experienced part-time Banquet Server to join our team and help us deliver seamless, high-end experiences at every banquet and catered function.

This isn't just about serving food; it's about being a key part of our events team. You'll be the face of our service, coordinating the delivery of every drink and dish with precision and a friendly attitude. If you have a proven track record of excellent service, know how to handle a busy room, and are committed to guest satisfaction, we want to talk to you.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least three (3) years of banquet experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler’s card.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
  • Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
  • Proven experience in banquet service.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of alcohol safety standards and responsible service.
  • Commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in various settings (climate-controlled office, casino floors with exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise).
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and serve all food and beverages to banquet guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event.
  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards for sanitation and shared areas of responsibility. Perform all pre-bussing duties during the dining experience.
  • Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for goods and services delivered.
