Training Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of the training team to help coordinate training schedules for plant employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to training, which will align successfully with the organization.

• Facilitate new hire orientation, introducing employees to company policies, safety protocols, organizational culture, and job expectations.
• Execute structured training and onboarding plans developed by the training department, including role‑specific boot camps and hands‑on training modules.
• Collaborate with department Training Representatives (TRMs) to schedule and align job‑specific training.
• Be an active presence on the manufacturing floors, working with managers to schedule staff training.
• Track and document the progress of all staff training, identifying and escalating any issues to the Training Manager.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room bookings, materials preparation, and communication with facilitators and attendees.

• 3–5 years Training Coordination experience with strong Excel skills and SharePoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Experience with supporting training initiatives in a Manufacturing setting, preference for cGMP industries.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training best practices.
