HR Operations Project Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a USA - HR Operations Project Lead to join their team. As a HR Operations Project Lead, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Operations Project Lead

Location: Hoboken, NJ (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $50 to $70 per hour w-2
Duration: 6 month contract

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage HR projects to ensure timely and effective delivery aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Support change management efforts and facilitate communication across departments.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR project management or operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
