Westerman is looking for a full-time HR Representative that will work closely with the Vice President, Human Resources in support of the Tulsa, OK facility. This role is responsible for full life cycle recruiting, benefit administration, payroll, staffing, data entry, and general administration of human resources policies and practices.

The successful candidate is a process-oriented individual with a drive for providing excellent service. To be effective in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, strict attention to deadlines, and the ability to operate and interact effectively with internal and external business partners.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices, laws and regulations required.
• Ability to learn and understand company practices (benefits, payroll, employee relations) required.
• Desire to grow and develop HR knowledge and skills required.
• Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail required.
• Demonstrated customer service focus required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees (production and management) required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines independently required.
• Ability to work individually and with a team required.
• Clean driving record as determined by insurance company.
