Org Definition & Design

• Architect scalable org setups while ensuring alignment with governance standards and Salesforce limits.

Security and Access Controls

• Define and implement robust role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level security.

Flow & Automation Development

• Create and maintain scalable automations using Flow Builder, including record-triggered, schedule-triggered, and screen flows.
• Use declarative tools efficiently with minimal reliance on code.

User Experience & Enablement

• Build and maintain scalable automations using Flow Builder (record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows).
• Use declarative tools efficiently with minimal reliance on code.
• Partner with project managers, solution architects, developers, and end-users to align technical solutions with business goals.

• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Excels at problem‑solving and clear communication.
• Works independently and manages timelines effectively.

Nice to have:

• Professional Services experience is highly preferred
