Inviting applications for the role of Salesforce Consultant

Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Salesforce Consultant (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to work with the business on detailed requirements to support Salesforce implementation within the scope of prioritized enhancements and projects. Define and document technical and solution architecture for phased software development delivery and ensure proper timelines are met during the delivery process. Ensure Salesforce technical design align with overall enterprise ecosystem.

Collaborate with other application lead owners and key client stakeholders to scope out projects and create estimates and work plans. Coordinate between strategic business leaders and technical teams by communicating business functional issues. Work with the team to ensure that risks are properly documented. Identify and recommend Salesforce based solutions, integration points, and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, security, and performance.

Advise team on the best technical solutions using Salesforce best practices. Develop comprehensive configuration designs, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation to support the successful implementation of initiatives and processes. Work on setup and enhancement of Salesforce cloud platforms (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Financial cloud and Marketing cloud), as well as, Salesforce Managed Packages (Salesforce package inclusion, configuration, and enhancements such as Salesforce CPQ, Big Machines CPQ, Cloud Craze B2B Commerce, Docu Sign ).

Perform code reviews and ensure alignment to best practices. Design and develop scalable applications using SFDC Configuration and Customization in Classic or Lightning. Manage Salesforce environments (refreshes, code and data backups, release updates, and data activities). Design and analyze existing and future state Dev Ops architecture, including release management. Design and manage the development and test environment strategy, including data and security, for Salesforce releases.

Describe and follow source control, branching strategies, and continuous integration use in support of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Own the development effort across the entire stack, create the most challenging features, and mentor junior developers on all technologies used. Define technical standard methodologies for the implementation . Identify new trends in Salesforce and associated technologies and bring to bear new ideas by building prototypes to demonstrate compelling solutions.
