NetSuite Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Net Suite Administrator to join our clients growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Net Suite platform knowledge with strong configuration, workflow, and troubleshooting skills. You’ll work closely with business users to enhance processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure reliable system performance.

• Administer and maintain the Net Suite environment, including user roles, permissions, custom fields, and configurations
• Create and optimize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support operational and management needs
• Support system enhancements, including minor customizations and updates using Suite Flow and Suite Script (light development exposure)
• Assist with system integrations and data flows between Net Suite and third-party platforms
• Act as first-line support for Net Suite users, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve business processes
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and documentation
• Ensure best practices around data integrity, security, and user access control

• Experience as a Net Suite Administrator in a hands-on technical capacity
• Proficient in Suite Flow, saved searches, custom reports, roles/permissions, and system configuration
• Familiarity with Suite Script, Web Services, or RESTlets is a plus (but not core focus)
• Solid understanding of Net Suite core modules such as Financials, Order Management, and Inventory
• Strong problem-solving ability and user support mindset
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Good documentation and communication skills
