Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Network Security Scrum Master - TX to join their team. As a Network Security Scrum Master - TX, you will be part of the Infrastructure Security Department supporting various security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Network Security Scrum Master - TX
Location: Irving, TX
What's the Job?- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication within the security team.
- Coordinate and support security projects related to network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Atlassian-Jira (JQL), Power
BI, and Confluence to track and report on security initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, particularly within security or infrastructure teams.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Experience with Atlassian-Jira (JQL), Power
