• Provide on-site consultation, technical leadership, and direction for high-visibility network issues.
• Support Nexus 9000, IOS-XE, NX-OS / NEXUS 3000 & 9000, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid resolution of complex problems.
• Maintain close relationships with customer network operations engineers and network owners to establish trust and partnership.
• Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving P1 and P2 service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers, Software Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional support and solutions.

• Typically requires a BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 10-15 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of Data Center infrastructure systems and network environments.
• Proficiency in IOS-XR, Open AI packet flow, MSFT SONiC, BGP, ISIS, MPLS, Segment Routing, and NEXUS 3000 & 9000.
• Ability to analyze, consult on large hyperscale networks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Certifications such as CCIE RS, DC, SP are highly desirable, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
