Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a UI/UX Designer - Expert to join their dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer - Expert, you will be part of the User Experience and Design Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for user-centered design, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: UI/UX Designer - Expert

Location: Onsite – Austin, TX

• Lead design reviews and facilitate strategic design decisions across multiple platforms.
• Create innovative design solutions by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Represent the design team brand and ensure a consistent design process with partners.
• Visualize ideas through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes, providing clear documentation.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, conduct QA, and support research efforts to enhance user experience.

• 11+ years of extensive interaction design experience focused on digital products.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Invision, and Figma.
• Experience working within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams using Agile methodologies.
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to handle substantial responsibilities and manage project schedules.
• An online portfolio demonstrating your interaction design process and thinking.
