40 hours/week (No overtime) Preferred Time Zone: PST business hours Pay Rate Range: $50 to $55/hr Purpose of the Role
The Applications Developer 3 will support IT transformation initiatives for a large engineering organization by consolidating multiple intake forms into a unified system. The goal is to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and enhance the overall user experience through both front‑end and back‑end development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and coordination of business systems/applications under tight deadlines.
- Communicate standards and justify technical and scoping decisions to IT management and development teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define requirements and implement scalable, integrated solutions.
- Contribute to IT transformation efforts involving Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Experience:
5–7 years overall in application development. - Education:
No degree required. - Disqualifiers:
Lack of Azure experience. - Preferred Background:
Strong integration and back‑end experience; familiarity with MCP or similar tools is a plus.
