As a Marketing Performance Data Analyst, you will be part of the Marketing and Communications team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling, and a data-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

• Track and report on campaign performance across email, social, web, paid, and earned media.
• Clean, segment, and analyze marketing data using Hub Spot and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Build dashboards that blend performance metrics with clear, narrative insights.
• Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities focused on audience and content engagement.
• Translate data into intuitive narratives for stakeholders and leadership.

• Understanding of campaign life cycles, storytelling, and content-driven engagement.
• Experience with Hub Spot, including custom reporting, workflows, and lead scoring.
• Proficiency in GA4 to analyze user behavior, content performance, and conversion paths.
• Skilled at crafting insights into persuasive, executive-ready narratives.
• Experience using statistical tools to identify audience patterns and trends.
