IT Project​/Program Manager IV

Our client, in the Financial Industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team! This role combines strong technology project management skills with strategic agility to support AI projects that span multiple business and technology domains. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about emerging technologies—particularly AI and Generative AI—and thrives in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment to join their team.

Location: Baltimore, MD
Mode: HYBRID (On-site 2 days a week)

Pay Range: $65 - $71 /hr

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent AI projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage interdependencies and coordinate deliverables across technology and business teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare executive updates, and report on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Communicate technical AI concepts in clear, business‑relevant terms.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support documentation and operational readiness for AI tools throughout the product life cycle.
• Promote best practices in Agile project management and iterative delivery.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks.

• 8–10+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving emerging technologies, data platforms, AI/ML, or technology architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Git Lab, SharePoint).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• High intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
