Experis IT is partnered with the worlds leading provider of secure financial messaging services in their search for a Technical Writer to join their team in Manassas, VA. This role requires working onsite no less than 2 days a week in Manassas, VA. Candidates MUST have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides and Assets to be considered.

We are seeking a talented and skilled Technical Writer/Knowledge Specialist to join our team for a six-month contract opportunity in Manassas, VA.

In this role, you will help to enhance and maintain user-centered content that drives the adoption and usage of products and services. You will be an advocate for the user, ensuring that product and service information is designed and developed to enhance usability and clarity.

You will work alongside a dynamic, international team who are fully responsible for end-to-end delivery – from customer engagement to operations. We embrace an Agile approach, continuously adapting to drive technological innovation.

• Develop user-centric knowledge assets.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides and Assets – REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of DITA XML.
• Experience in writing information about technical, legal, or financial subjects for a specific audience type is an asset.
• Possess a degree in English, Technical Communications, or a computing-related discipline.
• Team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn about technology products and services.
• Willing to collaborate in an agile development environment.
