Release Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and operations sector, is seeking a Support Engineer III to join their team. As a Support / Release Engineer III, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Mobile Data Program & Production Releases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support / Release Engineer III

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $40

• Manage release deployments and infrastructure supporting mobile builds
• Own and lead multiple project releases, primarily focusing on mobile data programs
• Collaborate closely with developers and technical staff to ensure smooth deployment processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux/UNIX
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer focus throughout project execution

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing and software troubleshooting
• Extensive knowledge of Android and Mac OS X (10.4 and above)
• Experience with release management and supporting Windows XP/7 and Server OS
• Solid understanding of network protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Windows Server networking
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
