Job Title: Systems Administrator

Location: North Highlands, California

Pay Range: up to $47 per hour

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, iPads, phones, software, and hardware
• Oversee support efforts to ensure all user applications, workstations, and equipment issues are resolved promptly
• Manage user and group administration, security permissions, and policies to ensure data integrity and security
• Perform backup operations and implement processes for data protection and disaster recovery
• Secure systems from breaches or viruses and continuously monitor network health and security

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of network or system administration experience
• Strong knowledge of implementing and developing IT operations best practices, including security, storage, and data protection protocols
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Additional skills in Meraki Server, Ninja 1 patching, and Apple/iPad management are advantageous
