• Support daily IT operations and provide exceptional customer support onsite.
• Install, configure, support, and maintain hardware and operating system solutions.
• Manage hardware orders and oversee asset management processes.
• Perform basic backup tape operations and system backups.
• Create and maintain system documentation, conduct testing, and facilitate training sessions.

• Experience with supporting Windows PC operating systems and related software updates.
• Strong understanding of hardware installation and configuration processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with IT teams and clients.
• Ability to monitor systems for potential issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Knowledge of security policies and adherence to change management procedures.
