Printer Support Engineer

Our client, a leader in technical support services, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team. As a Support Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Support Team, supporting customers with a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a customer‑centric attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully with the organization’s goals.

Job Title:Support Engineer

Location:Alpharetta, GA - Onsite

• Deliver end‑to‑end technical support using remote diagnostic tools.
• Conduct detailed remote Root Cause Analysis to identify recurring patterns.
• Lead strategic engagements with customers to understand pain points and align on resolution strategies.
• Act as a bridge between customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Take full ownership of complex support cases and manage escalations professionally.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer‑facing technical support.
• Experience with HP Indigo as a press operator or field technician is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and case management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
