• Provide onsite technical service for commercial and industrial digital printing presses.
• Utilize electromechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Offer valuable input on operational methods and programs impacting business management strategies in the assigned geographic area.
• Apply knowledge of electrophotography within the printing industry to enhance service quality.
• Participate in onsite training for customers to achieve business growth goals and objectives.

• Proven experience in field technical service for commercial printing presses or color copiers.
• Strong electromechanical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs used for hardware interfacing.
• Reliable transportation for onsite customer visits.
