Project Manager Tech

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Operations supporting deployment and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location:Leesburg, VA
Pay Range: $59 - $64/hr on W2
Duration:until 3/31/2026 (possibility of extension)

• Manage hardware and network equipment deployment projects in data center environments
• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of datacenter equipment deployments
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute project tasks effectively
• Monitor project progress, perform regular check-ins, and update stakeholders on project status and quality
• Identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities, communicating effectively to drive resolutions and minimize impact

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of industry experience, or 2+ years of relevant industry experience
• Ability to manage end-to-end project plans and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in data center or hardware deployment environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work onsite five days a week during core business hours
