Our client, an industry leader in airport operations and technology support, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Field Support Engineer, you will be an essential part of the technical support department, ensuring the seamless operation of airport IT systems, supporting passenger services, airline coordination, and overall airport functionality. Job Title: Field Support Engineer

Location: HYBRID REMOTE

• Maintain and repair hardware and software components including servers, workstations, network devices, and airport‑specific equipment.
• Ensure the proper functioning of Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), gate displays, and passenger‑facing technology.
• Deploy new technologies and upgrades with minimal disruption to airport operations.
• Respond rapidly to technical incidents impacting airport services, providing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports.

• Proven IT field support experience, preferably within airport or transportation environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with airport systems such as FIDS, BHS, and airline coordination platforms.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in English (C1 level).
