Support Services Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and immersive experience industry, is seeking a Support Services Analyst I to join their team. As a Support Services Analyst I, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting virtual reality systems and related hardware. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Set up, configure, and maintain VR headsets, sensors, and related hardware
• Install and update VR software and applications across platforms
• Prepare and run VR demonstrations for internal teams, clients, or educational groups
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time
• Ensure safety and usability standards are met during VR sessions

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of computer systems and device connectivity (USB, HDMI, Bluetooth)
• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and follow setup guides
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
