Support Engineer III - Device IT Support

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative device solutions, is seeking a Support Engineer III - Device IT Support to join their team. As a Support Engineer III - Device IT Support, you will be part of the Device Design department supporting internal teams and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, independence, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Engineer III - Device IT Support

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $41 per hour

What's the Job?

• Support and manage a variety of devices including tablets, phones, devices, and larger equipment like TVs for internal teams and executives
• Set up devices rapidly for meetings and demonstrations, ensuring seamless operation
• Perform device flashing, firmware updates, and application side loading using command line operations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, diagnosing issues on webpages and devices
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation and guides for less technical team members to facilitate smooth device operations

What's Needed?

• Minimum of a high school diploma; no bachelor’s degree required
• At least 3 years of experience in technical operations or device support roles
• Proficiency with command line interfaces (Linux, macOS, Windows)
• Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and basic Linux knowledge
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs
