Dev Ops Team Lead

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in cloud-based solutions and enterprise platforms, is seeking a Dev Ops Team Lead to join their team. As a Dev Ops Team Lead, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Operations Department supporting a global team of engineers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Manage and lead a distributed team of Dev Ops engineers across different regions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical goals.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on AWS environments, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment processes.
• Architect and design Jenkins CI/CD pipelines involving new components used by the organization, including Salesforce and Oracle Intelligent Advisor.
• Oversee and optimize existing Dev Ops processes for Docker-based APIs, MFT components, Snowflake, Databricks, and other cloud services.
• Engage in troubleshooting infrastructure issues, security hardening activities, and documenting security evidence during quarterly assessments.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Dev Ops engineering with proven leadership in managing cross-cultural, distributed teams.
• Strong expertise with AWS, Red Hat, container orchestration tools such as Open Shift and Docker.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Nexus, Quay, and source control systems like Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of security and vulnerability management tools and Linux/UNIX shell scripting skills.
