As a Property and Casualty Agent, you’ll build genuine relationships and guide clients to the right personal insurance solutions. Leads are provided, allowing you to focus on consultative selling and client care while we support you with streamlined administrative processes.

Under the mentorship of Laura Barker, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in:

• Building and managing your own book of business
• Running daily workflows
• Operating within the Brightway Agency Model
• This role is ideal for agents looking to grow their skills and prepare for long‑term advancement within Brightway.

• Engage prospects using provided leads as well as your own outreach efforts
• Use consultative sales techniques to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and retention
• Track and exceed performance goals for quotes, new business, and retention

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a supportive yet autonomous environment
• Coachable, eager to learn, and driven to grow in a fast‑paced setting
• Analytical mindset for understanding coverage options and underwriting details
