Team Leader – Sulphur Point Facility (Sulphur, OK)

The Team Leader is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of their team, ensuring customer requirements are met, staff understand expectations and safety, and all compliance and regulations are fulfilled. You will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to achieve product movement levels.

• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, customer and regulatory requirements
• Maintain efficient utilisation of staff to meet product movement targets
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to meet KPIs
• Conduct job performance reviews and develop staff

• Experience with SAP (essential)
• Inventory barcode scanning experience
• Proficient numeracy and analytical skills
• Physically fit with a good work record
• Previous cold‑storage experience (advantage)
• Customer relations skills
• Counterbalance licence (minimum) or Reach Truck licence (advantage)
