Reporting to the Department Manager, the Supervisor Warehouse is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations including the shipping and receiving of product. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures that the customer’s needs are met through the timely and efficient movement of products and materials in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Essential Job Functions- Adhere to and ensure compliance to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to and ensure compliance to food quality and food safety guidelines per Refresco, Customer and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF) standards.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees.
- Have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions.
- Establishes priorities and directs loading workforce to satisfy customer demands.
