Job Title - Senior Quality Supervisor

Job Description As a Sr. Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve production goals, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of non-exempt employees to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Performance Management:
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.

Employee Development:
Identify training needs, provide coaching, and support employee development.

Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve operational issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent future problems.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and comply with customer specifications.

Resource Management:
Optimize resource allocation and ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment.

Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

Communication:
Effectively communicate with team members, peers, and management to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
