Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The company is a leading global manufacturer specializing in heat exchangers with nearly a century of industry expertise. This is a growing team expanding into a new facility. The role is open due to company growth to ensure seamless operations.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

• Manage and oversee manufacturing projects
• Utilize AutoCAD and Solid Works for design tasks
• Implement LEAN principles in manufacturing processes
• Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Analyze and improve production efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solid Works
• Experience with pivot tables and Power Point

• LEAN Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
• Experience in waste reduction and efficiency improvement
