Job TitleContainer/Mould Engineer
Job SummaryDesigns new products and makes improvements to existing products. May evaluate products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability. Works with other engineering staff to ensure timely production. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Creative and self‑directed work required.
Main Position Responsibilities- Provide technical engineering services to glass manufacturing plants and mould vendors.
- Provide accurate engineering for the manufacturing of mould equipment.
- Provide training and development for mould engineering technicians.
- Process replacement orders and ensure all the latest standards and plant modifications are incorporated.
- Order proper castings and materials needed to manufacture requisitioned mould equipment.
- 2–4 year degree in mechanical engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient knowledge of Solid Works system.
- Detail oriented, organized, and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- High drive and commitment to meet all success criteria.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo with creative solutions.
- Hold yourself and others accountable.
- Can work under uncertain and dynamic conditions while providing stability to the team.
- Roll‑up‑the‑sleeves attitude—willing to take on any task.
- Strong ability to build trust and a strong team environment.
