** dryland corn, wheat, soybeans, and alfalfa**. Primary responsibilities will include operating the applicator and other equipment for planting and harvesting. Responsibilities will vary by season, so flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.

Preferred skills include:

-       Experience in grain handling, drying, and storage-       Ability to climb grain bins-       Problem-solving and hands-on skills to make repairs or build solutions as needed-       Strong work ethic, neat appearance, and ability to take direction-       Team-oriented mindset, willing to help others when needed
