Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Pay: $70k to $80k/year

Experience: At least 5 years of heavy industrial or fabrication experience, preferably in a code shop.

Education: High School Diploma; background in manufacturing, welding, or engineering preferred.

Pro Recruiters is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Supervise daily production tasks in Firetube Bay to meet labor and schedule goals.
• Maintain accurate and current job boards and production data logs.
• Develop and submit weekly production plans aligned with schedule and capacity requirements.
• Implement Lean principles to identify and eliminate production waste.
• Ensure compliance with 5S standards and conduct weekly 5S audits.
• Plan and prepare necessary materials and drawings for production efficiency.
• Create and execute recovery plans when tasks fall behind schedule.
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce company policy, including attendance.
• Oversee work quality and performance metrics within assigned departments.
• Foster team collaboration and uphold standards of professionalism and world-class manufacturing.

Position Requirements:

• Strong welding background, including TIG, MIG, and Flux Core.
• Blueprint reading, including interpretation of weld symbols.
• Experience in piping or pressure vessel manufacturing.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing systems and production scheduling.
• Familiarity with data logs such as AOT, refractory, or paint logs.
